Terms of Service

1. Overview
Power Light LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional business management consulting services to clients ("Client," "you," or "your"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (blitzsolutions.com) and any consulting services you engage us for. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Power Light LLC offers professional business management consulting services, including but not limited to: • Business growth strategy and planning • Operations analysis and optimization • Financial planning and modeling • Leadership development and organizational design • Digital transformation consulting • Risk assessment and management • Market entry strategy • Process improvement consulting All services are provided on a consulting basis. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Results vary depending on each client's circumstances, industry, and execution of recommended strategies.
3. Engagement & Payments
Consulting engagements are formalized through a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement. Fees are outlined in the applicable SOW and may include: • Hourly consulting rates • Project-based flat fees • Retainer agreements Payment is due as specified in your individual consulting agreement. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the consulting engagement. Power Light LLC will not disclose your business information, financials, or strategies to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
Deliverables created specifically for you during an engagement become your property upon full payment. General frameworks, methodologies, templates, and tools developed by Power Light LLC remain our intellectual property. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated insights from engagements to improve our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Power Light LLC's liability for any claims arising out of or related to consulting services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Consulting recommendations are based on information provided by the client and our professional expertise. Power Light LLC does not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, or financial result. Implementation of recommendations remains solely at the client's discretion and risk.
8. Independent Contractor
Power Light LLC operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Power Light LLC.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any work product completed up to that point will be delivered upon receipt of outstanding payment.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or a consulting engagement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. SMS Communications
By opting in through our contact form or otherwise consenting, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from Power Light LLC. These may include: • Transactional/informational messages: account notifications, customer support responses, appointment reminders, and related updates about your engagement with us. • Promotional/marketing messages: offers, promotions, and updates about our consulting services (only with your separate marketing consent). Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.
